Rates
On site visits:
Monday-Friday 9am-6pm:
- Home and non-profits: $45/hr (One hour minimum), additional travel expenses may apply
- Business: $55/hr (One hour minimum), additional travel expenses may apply
Non-Business hours and weekends:
- Home and non-profits: $65/hr (One hour minimum), additional travel expenses may apply
- Business: $80/hr (One hour minimum), additional travel expenses may apply

- Computer Model
- Mac OS version and installed memory - (You can
discover this via the Apple Menu, "About this Mac")
- Additional hardware - Hard drives or any other connected devices
- A description of the problem, what you were doing when it occurred
Payment for Services:
In most cases, payment is due at the time services are rendered as cash or check. Projects where work will occur in increments, over more than one day, will usually require a 50% down payment of the estimated total amount.
Discounts:
Clients who utilize MacProductive on a regular, ongoing, basis are eligible for discounted hourly rates based on the minimum number of hours per month (of services) they agree to, starting at a minimum of eight hours per month.
